  • What are your payment options?
    We currently accept cash, checks, and electronic payment methods. Please note that payment is due at the time of service and that we do not accept credit cards at this time.
  • How much cost your house cleaning services?
    Once we receive your request, we will get back to you with a quote based on a personalized cleaning program for your specific needs. It will be a fixed price based on your program. Extra services like cleaning outside windows or organizing closets and garages will be an additional fee.
  • How long should I expect my house cleaning service to take?
    We do not have a specific time because it varies from house to house and sometimes we need to stay a little longer to get it all done right. For an average family home it can take anywhere between 1 to 3 hours.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Our goal is to be helpful and flexible to your needs. However, we have some rules in place. These rules are designed to promote a reliable and consistent experience for both customers like you and our cleaning professionals. Cancellations must be submitted with at least 48 hours notice. A cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed-upon amount will be charged if the service is canceled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • What measures do you take to ensure the trustworthiness and reliability of your cleaning staff?
    At MKH Cleaning Services, we're licensed and insured, but that's not all; our cleaning staff arrives on time and uniformed. Each team member is carefully screened and selected for their integrity and reliability.
  • Do I have to sign a contract for your residential cleaning service?
    You do not have to sign a long-term contract to use our recurring cleaning services. You can make changes to the service or cancel it anytime.
  • What about tipping the cleaners?
    Our cleaners are allowed to accept tips. We thank you in advance for your generosity!
  • Should I expect the same cleaner for recurring service?
    For recurring cleaning services we try our best to keep the same cleaner you are used to.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
    Of course not, we provide all the professional-grade cleaning supplies & equipment. Including microfiber clothes and HEPA vacuums. We only ask you to provide supplies if you request a specific product than what we carry. Also we can utilize “green cleaning” supplies if you are chemically sensitive, have pets or babies.
  • How can I improve my cleanings?
    To receive the highest quality cleanings possible, we recommend that: 1) All personal items be removed from countertops, tables, desks, and floors prior to our maids arriving; 2) No one be in the same room as our maids while they’re cleaning for safety & efficiency purposes.
  • What if I have extra requests/projects?
    We can certainly accommodate you. Provide us 24 hour notice of your requests and we’ll quote you a price for the additional time.
  • Do I have to be home for cleanings?
    Absolutely not, most of our customers give us a copy of their keys or garage code so they don’t have to be home. However, if you’d rather be home for your cleanings we'd be delighted to see you.
